Grape ideas come to those who create
Inspired by our participation in The Creative Shootout recently, we decided to host our very own quick-pitch moment. The official competition sees different PR/creative agencies respond to a business brief in quickfire time (4 hours) and present their winning idea within a 10-minute presentation.
For Stand Agency’s shootout we invited exciting up-and-coming wine brand Urban Foxes to give us a brief. The boutique English wine brand was founded in 2015 by two women (Collette O’Leary and Rebecca Coates) who had a love for the countryside and a collective interest in the ‘virtual’ winery trend in California that they’d learnt about in wine school.
We were put into six teams and given 90 minutes to come up with a stand-out communications plan that would increase sales and build brand loyalty.
Limited time didn’t limit our creativity. With a strict budget to stretch our thinking, we didn’t wine either.
Presentations were made to a judging panel that consisted of Urban Foxes’ founders Collette O’Leary, Rebecca Coates, Strategy Director at Blackbook London, Simon Collister, and Stand’s very own Digital Director Salonee.
From supper clubs to wedding takeovers, cutting-edge tech to bespoke corks, the creativity flowed…
Could your brand be next? We’re looking forward to our next creative challenge.
