Improving outcomes for underrepresented groups with Clinical Partners.
We needed to humanise the brand and make its free resources more accessible and inclusive. We built a profile online and in the media, shaping the conversation about mental health. In the midst of a pandemic and a competitive media landscape we placed expert opinions and advice by clinicians, driving traffic to free resources to increase brand recognition and engagement within the neurodivergent community.
We increased brand recognition among key audiences and increased YoY coverage, website traffic and referrals. Our stakeholder engagement strategy has helped Clinical Partners build meaningful relationships with high-profile neurodivergent influencers, some of whom now work directly with the brand to champion better outcomes for the community. It was also listed as one of the top companies to follow in the field of psychology in Best Start-up London.
