Stand Agency has appointed Faith McKellow as Associate Director. She joins the agency’s rapidly growing team following a four-year stint at Mischief.

Stand has also appointed two new Account Executives, Jessie Kenneth, and Miri Buac, increasing the permanent headcount to 17 across the agency’s two offices.

Faith brings a wealth of consumer and corporate experience, having led campaigns for brands including Weetabix, The Happy Egg Company and LoveFilm.

In her new role, Faith has been briefed to build on Stand’s growing reputation as the go-to agency for clients seeking to challenge markets and perceptions. She will lead some of the agency’s largest consumer accounts, including moneycorp, and support the senior team on new business.

Stand Agency co-founder and Managing Director, Laura Oliphant, said: “I previously worked with Faith at Kindred and know first hand the value she brings. I’m excited to welcome her, along with Jessie and Miri, to Stand Agency at a time of such rapid growth. Both our new account executives are outstanding graduates and have already hit the ground running.”

Stand Agency’s newly appointed Associate Director, Faith McKellow, said: “I’m delighted to be joining team Stand. I really wanted to be part of a company’s growth and Stand offers me the perfect opportunity to do this. As a new mum I was looking for an agency that shares my belief in the importance of work-life balance whilst also challenging me with exciting opportunities.”
